Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with up to two years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and good judgement.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with financial systems and basic accounting is an asset.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow established standard work and processes using enterprise systems.
• Administer projects through their life cycle to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery.
• Coordinate procurement, ordering, and subcontracts with vendors.
• Process monthly invoicing and ensure timely billing.
• Record project financials and assist with forecasting.
• Resolve billing disputes and assist AR; support equipment fulfillment and project closeout.
