Job summary

Cencora is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to join our Project Operations team within Consulting Services. You will partner with internal and client teams to scope, budget, plan, and deliver complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive timelines, monitor resources, manage risks, and ensure project compliance with client processes and submission portals. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced office environment.
• 3+ years’ experience with a history of successful achievement.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external project work in a growing consulting environment.
• Develop project SOWs and budgets; route for internal reviews before client submission.
• Initiate project initiation and maintenance procedures.
• Develop and drive project timelines; keep teams on task and on time.
• Monitor project status, hours, scope, and budget to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and escalation points to minimize impact.
• Coordinate client status meetings, prepare agendas and follow-up reports.
• Ensure compliance with client processes and submission portals (MLR where applicable).
• Schedule and route deliverables for internal reviews and client approvals.
• Assist in staffing, vendor selection, and process improvements for efficiency.
