Job summary

Cencora is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiative delivery and client communications across multiple projects. You will develop work plans, monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables on time and within scope.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate client processes and SOW development in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with PMP preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Project Manager experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and SOW development.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, develop work plans, monitor progress and communicate status.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to develop SOWs and budgets.
• Initiate projects using internal tools and maintain timelines and scope.
• Track finances, generate client billing, and manage risks or issues.
• Schedule meetings, prepare status reports, and drive follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with client processes (MLR) and quality standards.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure on-time delivery.
