Cencora is seeking a senior Project Operations Manager to lead complex client projects across multiple regions. You will partner with client managers to define work plans, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (or PMP) is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proven ability to manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and develop work plans, monitor progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to develop SOWs and budgets.
• Initiate and maintain project processes using internal tools and procedures.
• Develop and track timelines and drive team and client to stay on task and within scope.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and manage project scope and changes.
• Coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas and follow-up action items.
