Job summary

Cencora seeks a results-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional client projects from initiation through delivery. You will manage project work plans, timelines, budgets, and communications with clients and internal teams to ensure quality outcomes on time and within scope.

With 5+ years in project management, you will coordinate multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and drive efficiencies using standard PM practices and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with PMP preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced office.
• Proficient in MS Office and standard PM practices.
• Strong organization, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and develop work plans with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables.
• Identify risks, manage scope changes, and escalate issues as needed.
• Facilitate kickoff and status meetings; prepare action plans and reports.
• Ensure compliance with client processes and internal routing procedures.
