Priority Power is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility-scale electrical infrastructure projects in the Midland area, overseeing substation, transmission, distribution, and generation initiatives. You will own the project from development through commissioning, focusing on safety, schedule, cost, and contract compliance.

You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction teams, manage customer expectations, and drive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• PM experience on utility-class electrical infrastructure (substation, transmission, or distribution).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering or PM field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of substation, transmission, and distribution systems.
• Contract and commercial awareness, incl. EPC agreements and change orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage client expectations and conflict.
• Procore, NetSuite; familiarity with MS Project or Oracle P6.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the project: manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover to the customer.
• Own schedule, budget, and forecast; report project health with recovery plans for non-green status.
• Protect the commercial position; administer contracts and changes with customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead safety and quality; work with HSE and QA programs on every project.
• Procure and coordinate with engineers, contractors, equipment, and materials; track long-lead items.
• Manage stakeholders; lead meetings and coordinate interconnection, permits, and land agreements.
• Direct the field through Construction Management oversight of site teams.
• Escalate risks early; inform Portfolio Manager with options and recommendations.
