Job summary

Priority Power seeks a Construction Manager to lead field execution on power delivery projects, including substations, transmission, distribution, and solar work. You will ensure safe work, quality, documentation, and strict adherence to drawings and specs across multi-contractor sites.

You will coordinate contractors, manage daily field records in Procore, support commissioning activities, and protect commercial interests by tracking contracts, permits, and invoices.

Qualifications

• Field construction experience on substation, transmission, distribution, or generation projects.
• Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and field experience.
• Strong safety record and ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Experience leading or coordinating contractors and crews.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients, engineers, and contractors.
• Procore experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safely on site: observe, identify hazards, review JSAs, conduct tailgate meetings, and use stop-work authority.
• Inspect work against drawings and codes; document non-compliant work with forms/photos and drive punch list closure.
• Plan and observe construction; coordinate contractors; represent Priority Power in site meetings.
• Maintain daily reports, inspections, RFIs, photos, punch lists in Procore; manage as-built redlines.
• Verify deliveries meet specifications and manage drawings revisions.
