Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, construction management, business, project management, or related discipline.
• Seven+ years progressively responsible project-management, engineering, construction, or program-delivery experience.
• Experience supporting electric utility, power delivery, energy, or comparable infrastructure projects.
• Ability to organize and lead multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of project scopes, execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with technical leaders to develop labor estimates, assumptions, deliverables, and proposal content.
• Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage electric transmission and substation projects through design, procurement, construction support, commissioning, and closeout.
• Facilitate client and internal kickoff meetings and establish reporting and documentation expectations.
