Acadia Healthcare seeks a results-driven operations professional to evaluate existing workflows, identify gaps, and design improvements across sites nationwide. You will analyze processes, gather data, and propose sustainable solutions that enhance quality and efficiency in behavioral health settings.

You will partner with facility leaders to prioritize redesign efforts, coordinate projects from exploration to implementation, monitor progress, and escalate risks as needed, ensuring timely

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least three years of healthcare experience; behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Two years of project management or process improvement experience.
