Job summary

Acadia Healthcare seeks a Part‑time Project Manager, Managed Care to serve as a key liaison among payors and our corporate Managed Care team. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives to optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance accountability across facilities.

You will identify process gaps, develop sustainable solutions, and coordinate strategic projects supporting enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of healthcare experience.
Two years in project management, business operations or process improvement.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Experience with Power BI and SharePoint preferred.
Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
Commitment to strong documentation and diligent follow-up.

Responsibilities

Evaluate workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Partner with leaders to prioritize areas needing structure or redesign.
Develop and maintain sustainable solutions to improve cross-functional performance.
Identify opportunities to streamline functions, efforts and workflows.
Coordinate and manage projects from exploration through implementation and maintenance.
Develop project plans with objectives, timeline, owners and milestones.
Monitor progress, escalate risks, and maintain visibility into status.
Maintain centralized tracking tools for visibility into project status.
Establish measurable KPIs to evaluate improvements.
