Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I in Sparks, NV to oversee several small to medium projects from planning through completion. You will ensure client satisfaction while providing PM support to meet scope, schedule and budget. The role reports to Senior PM and involves coordinating with site teams on execution.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in construction management or related field and have 3+ years' PM experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required; Accubid and Oracle are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction project management role.
• Proficient with MS Office; Accubid and Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under supervision from Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise project activities, assign tasks, and ensure policy adherence.
• Estimate projects by reviewing plans, specs, and bid forms.
• Establish objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
• Prepare change orders and negotiate modifications.
• Monitor site activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contract finances.
• Represent the company in project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
