Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a Project Manager I to oversee mid-size projects from planning through completion. You will work under Senior Project Managers, ensure client satisfaction, and supervise scopes, schedules, and resources. This role requires strong MS Office proficiency and safety discipline.

You will interact with engineers, foremen and clients, manage change orders, and provide cost reporting while maintaining high-quality workmanship on active sites. Rosendin offers ESOP and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in construction project management.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under Senior PM guidance.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate tasks across teams.
• Assess scope, schedule, and resources for project success.
• Prepare complete project estimates with plans and bids.
• Establish objectives and performance standards per policy.
• Oversee change orders and negotiations with the client.
• Monitor on-site progress to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contracts finances.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
