Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a mid-level Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction through unparalleled service. You will support several small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM guidance.

You will plan, supervise, and coordinate activities, develop estimates, manage change orders, and monitor budgets on active construction sites. A bachelor’s in a related field and 3 years’ PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers and coordinating resources.
• Assess scope of work, schedule, and resources to complete a project successfully.
• Prepare a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specs, and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Supervise change orders and negotiate changes.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure on-schedule, within-budget delivery.
• Prepare monthly costing reports under supervision.
• Manage contracts finances to protect company interests and client relationships.
