Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or construction management required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred depending on background.
• Experience in construction project support and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Recap and track potential change orders (PCOs).
• Price material vouchers and prepare RFIs.
• Track payroll and fill required forms (HRC, OCIP).
• Update project schedules using Microsoft Projects or SureTrack.
• Support monthly billing and submittal/log maintenance.
