Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with unparalleled service. You will support several small to medium projects or one large project, under guidance from senior leadership.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and at least 3 years of PM experience, with a strong emphasis on safety, MS Office, Accubid, and Oracle proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager/Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including task assignment and policy adherence.
• Prepare a complete project estimate by reviewing plans, specs, and bid forms.
• Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
• Monitor change orders and negotiate quotations to closure.
