Job summary

Rosendin invites applications for a Project Manager I to oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering and at least 3 years of PM experience in construction.

Travel up to 25%. Excellent MS Office skills, safety focus, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects with Senior PM/Division Manager guidance.
• Supervise and direct project activities and assign tasks to assignees.
• Prepare complete estimates for projects after reviewing plans and bid forms.
• Manage change orders and negotiate outcomes with clients.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare monthly costing reports under supervision of a Senior PM.
• Oversee financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing and expenses.
