Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee multiple small to medium projects from planning through completion, delivering client satisfaction with excellent service. You will coordinate with senior PMs, foremen, and division managers to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and at least 3 years in construction project management, with strong MS Office skills and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities and coordinate tasks.
• Prepare complete project estimates reviewing plans and specs.
• Establish project objectives and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor project changes and negotiate change orders.
• Manage project cost reporting and client relations.
