Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of senior management.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate tasks to meet policy and safety standards.
• Assess scope, schedule, and resources for successful project delivery.
• Prepare a complete project estimate after reviewing plans and specs.
• Establish objectives, policies and performance standards for projects.
• Manage change orders, including negotiation and documentation.
• Monitor on-site activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports under supervisor guidance.
• Manage contracts financials, including billing and expenses.
• Represent the company in project meetings and client communications.
