Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with superior service. You will support several small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers and coordinating resources.
• Provide project management expertise to assess scope, schedule, and resources for successful completion.
• Prepare a complete estimate for the project with review of plans, specs, and bid form.
• Establish project objectives and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise change orders and negotiate them to a conclusion.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery.
• Prepare monthly costing reports under supervision of Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests and client relations.
