Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.

You will provide PM support for several small to medium projects or one large project, coordinating with Senior PMs and Division Managers. The role requires planning, supervision of project activities, preparing estimates, and managing change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Management role in construction.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of Senior Project Manager/Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities and coordinate tasks.
• Assess scope of work, schedule, and resources for project success.
• Prepare complete project estimates with plans, specs, and bid forms.
• Establish project objectives and performance standards.
• Supervise and negotiate change orders and quotations.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
