Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with exceptional service. The role supports several small to medium projects or one large initiative under Senior PM guidance.

You will coordinate tasks, prepare estimates, monitor progress, and control costs while maintaining safety and quality across active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under supervision of a Senior PM.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate with team members.
• Prepare complete estimates from plans and specs.
• Monitor schedule and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage change orders and cost reports with client liaison.
