Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I for Sterling, VA to oversee mid-size projects from planning through completion. You will work under a Senior PM, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Construction/Engineering and 3+ years' PM experience in construction, with strong leadership, communication, and MS Office proficiency. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Accubid and Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate tasks across teams.
• Prepare complete project estimates after reviewing plans and bids.
• Monitor budgets and schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Represent the company in project meetings and client interactions.
