Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight for construction, project management, and administration on high-profile electrical projects.

You will manage budgets, schedules, client relations, and safety while mentoring project teams and driving profitability. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 10+ years of PM experience, and travel 10–25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field required.

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in electrical construction preferred.

• Proven leadership and client-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all construction, PM and project administration activities.
• Manage budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects.
• Lead strategic partner subcontractor and vendor relationships; ensure timely payments.
• Conduct monthly project reviews for schedule, quality, safety and profitability.
• Support PMs and Superintendents in issue resolution and change management.
• Represent the company in client meetings and senior management discussions.
• Document project close-out and ensure data sheets/photos are captured with client consent.
