Job summary

Rosendin seeks a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to budgets. This mid-level PM role supports Senior PMs on multiple projects, coordinating tasks and resources.

The candidate will prepare estimates, manage change orders, and monitor costs while delivering excellent service on potentially high-profile projects in the United States. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or other related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, and resolving issues.
• Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact, assess scope, schedule, and resources.
• Prepare a complete project estimate with plans and bid form review.
• Monitor project progress to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports under supervision of a Senior PM.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts and change orders.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
