Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion on active construction sites. You will supervise project activities, align with senior management, and ensure client satisfaction through planning and cost control. Travel up to 25% is required.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction project management, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Accubid/Oracle preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or other related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, and resolving issues.
• Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact and assess scope, schedule, and resources.
