Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an entry-level Assistant Project Manager to learn and develop competency in project management. You will provide administrative and construction support to our Project Management team on active construction sites.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, at least 1 year in a construction-related role, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of construction-related experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation and meeting minutes.
• Assist Project Manager with planning and coordination.
• Maintain logs for submittals, RFIs, and drawings.
• Prepare contract submittals and subcontractor contracts.
• Support creation of Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure adherence to the project quality control plan.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field personnel.
