Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to join our team. The PM will oversee complex implementation projects for health plans and strategic employers, including transitioning clients to Navitus, launching new services, and managing vendor relationships.

The role requires building trusted relationships, coordinating with Navitus SMEs, and leading activities from discovery to go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy.
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for and participate in readiness assessments and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel.
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist the Client with facilitating impact analyses to determine requirements for a smooth implementation.
• Ensure all requirements are documented in standard project templates and obtain client approval before builds.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for monitoring.
• Provide weekly status reporting to management, SMEs, and the Client.
• Assist with escalated client, member, or project issues as identified or requested.
• Provide go-live support via remote access, on-site, or client site; travel required.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client.
• Support other client-related projects and internal department projects.
