Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to lead client implementations, building strong relationships with health plans and strategic employers while coordinating internal experts to meet transition needs.

The role requires excellent communication, readiness assessments, and the ability to manage go-live activities with travel as needed, contributing to Navitus team goals and broader client initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience required.
• 4 years’ project management experience working with external clients required.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for readiness assessments and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the client, involving significant travel.
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist with impact analysis to determine appropriate requirements for a smooth implementation.
• Document all requirements in standard project templates and obtain client approval before builds.
