• Review electrical drawings, specifications, scopes of work, change orders, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with NEC requirements, regulatory standards, and quality expectations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project teams while building strong long-term stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 to $110,000 per year.
• Direct hire opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Manage electrical construction projects across commercial, industrial, institutional, infrastructure, energy, and government sectors.
• Lead project timelines, budgets, procurement, scheduling, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate project meetings, field operations, client communication, and trade partner collaboration.
• Ensure safety, quality, code compliance, and successful delivery of electrical construction work.
• 7+ years of construction and project management experience, with proven experience managing electrical construction projects independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, drawings, and project documents.
• Solid understanding of NEC codes, safety practices, inspections, and construction compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, logistics planning, procurement coordination, and resource management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to support project sites, stakeholder meetings, and operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Procore, Accubid, BHS, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management and estimating tools.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with EPC, infrastructure, energy, federal, or large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and lead with a collaborative, coaching-focused management style.
