Job summary

Design Hire LLC is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Kansas City to drive commercial electrical projects valued at $5M+. The role balances strategic planning with hands‑on execution, coordinating teams, materials, schedules, and stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.

You will lead multi‑disciplinary efforts, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain safety and quality across all activities. PMP and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical project management on projects $5M+
• Experience managing multiple complex commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and local codes
• Expertise in risk management, change orders, and procurement
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
