Job summary

Fortra is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional deployment projects from scope through delivery. You will coordinate customers, consultants, and internal teams to meet objectives and timelines while upholding high quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong PM skills, customer service experience, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements. Travel may be required and Fortra provides a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Similar Work Experience
• Formal Project Management qualification such as PMP / Prince 2 / APM / ITIL Transition
• Minimum of 2 years leading multi‑phased projects
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service/facing industries
• Proven experience of key project management skills on complex, dynamic projects
• Strong analysis skills to evaluate requirements and modify solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Dedication to customer service and proactive risk management
• Ability to motivate customers and third parties to meet dependencies
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle conflicting tasks
• Willingness to learn Fortra products and adapt to new tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Curiosity and drive to evolve in role
• Knowledge of web apps, security compliance, cloud architecture is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage ~20 deployment projects with varying scope
• Build detailed project plans with customers
• Ensure on‑time deployment and high quality for customer and Fortra
• Coordinate internal and external consultant teams
• Communicate progress to stakeholders with reports
• Maintain strong customer relationships and outcomes
• Maintain project controls: risks, scope, dependencies, schedule
• Train customers on Fortra products to maximize value
• Forecast and escalate risks to ensure successful outcomes
• Maintain utilization target of 85%+
• Occasional travel (<5%)
• Perform other duties as assigned
