Fortra is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will plan, install, and implement Fortra software solutions for clients, ensuring smooth deployment and strong performance.

You will deliver training, guide customers on best practices, and manage complex projects while delivering excellent service. This role requires strong technical and communicative abilities, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 2+ years delivering software implementation or related services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex software implementation projects from contract acceptance to Go Live.
• Guide customers through best practices to ensure adoption of the solution.
• Configure and document deployment architecture to meet requirements.
• Provide customer training and ongoing project updates.
