Job summary

AEP Service Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee base to complex projects in a matrix organization. You will lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications include a relevant bachelor's degree and several years of project management experience; PMP is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Three years of qualified experience as a PROJECT MANAGER ASSOCIATE preferred, or demonstrated competencies through results in a shorter timeline.
PMP certification is preferred but not required.
Valid state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate assigned project activities.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, tools, and staffing.
Communicate project details and status to stakeholders.
Lead planning meetings and stakeholder presentations; prepare written and oral reports.
Manage procurement plans and outside contracts; oversee vendor performance and ensure contract compliance.
Contribute to project closeout analyses and benefit realization.
