Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to maintain injury-free work environment.
• Manages prestart process and coordinates preconstruction activities.
• Supports preconstruction with quantity takeoff, trade coordination, scope development and bid packs.
• Leads buyout scheduling, verifies pricing, and manages subcontractor selection and scope.
• Manages submittal schedule and reviews shop drawings prior to submission.
• Ensures approved submittals are returned to subs and available to project team.
• Coordinates with logistics for pricing on materials/equipment.
• Performs risk analysis and works with risk management on bonding requirements.
• Coordinates stakeholders (subcontractors, owner, field, design team, vendors).
• Gathers subcontractor pricing, processes change requests, and tracks costs.
• Leads monthly project reviews and OAC meetings.
• Prepares monthly cost/margin forecast and assists budget development.
• Leads project closeout using best-practice tools and processes.
