Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager within its Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) in Las Vegas to lead core PM activities on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

Supports preconstruction, submittal coordination, cost forecasting, and master scheduling while driving Lean practices and safe, collaborative interactions with stakeholders across design, owner, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manage prestart process.
• Support preconstruction with quantity takeoff and bid packages.
• Lead buyout schedule and subcontractor pricing.
• Coordinate submittal schedule and shop drawings.
• Prepare monthly cost and margin forecasts.
• Lead project meetings and closeout processes.
