Job summary

The role requires strong coordination with preconstruction, subcontractors and owners, plus risk management, change control and project closeout.

You will develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources, review shop drawings, and drive continuous improvement using Lean principles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Must be able to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and promote an injury-free environment.
• Manage the prestart checklist form and preconstruction tasks.
• Support bid package development, schedule development and scope review.
• Lead buyout scheduling, pricing, and subcontractor selection.
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings and samples.
• Coordinate pricing with suppliers and risk management.
• Prepare and manage project schedules with Lean practices.
• Provide regular status and profitability reporting; manage project closeout.
