Qualifications

  • Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, field labor, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain project documentation, track costs, manage change orders, and support customer communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure safe, on-time, and profitable project delivery.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • 3 to 5 years of project management or project coordination experience in construction, mechanical contracting, HVAC, plumbing, industrial, or related environments.
  • Ability to understand project scope, contracts, specifications, budgets, schedules, and installation methods.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both office and active construction site environments.
  • Proactive leadership style with the ability to collaborate with customers, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout while maintaining safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals.
  • Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to support efficient project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, project logs, correspondence, and closeout materials.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, labor productivity, costs, billings, and overall financial performance.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, proactively manage risks and changes, and support customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with estimating, operations, and field leadership to support change order opportunities, future project needs, and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $80,000 to $120,000 per year.

  • Background in commercial mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, or related construction environments.
