Job summary

Jobtailor in Philadelphia seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery of advertising and pharmaceutical campaigns. The role requires minimum 2 years in project management within an advertising or pharmaceutical setting, excellent communication, and a Bachelor’s degree (MBA and PMP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to keep project requirements, deadlines, and schedules on track


• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues


• Ensure Account Coordinators adhere to project management standards


• Work with Account Coordinators to submit project deliverables and ensure quality standards


• Prepare internal and external status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information


• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution


• Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts on schedule and budget


• Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents for successful client implementation and process or system turnover


• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements


• Provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) project oversight


• Project manage assigned accounts as needed


• Set up and maintain timelines


• Manage internal workflow


• Run status meetings, including preparation and follow-up


• Create and maintain job folders and files


• Manage submissions


• Maintain the project management knowledge base


• Assist in preparing and executing AdMed marketing projects

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years project management experience in an advertising or pharmaceutical agency
