Job summary

Jobtailor in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to develop and maintain campaign plans, schedules, and deliverables. You will coordinate reporting, manage budgets, and drive operational improvements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing/project management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain marketing campaign plans, production schedules, creative and technical project deliverables, and workflow processes
  • Oversee marketing deliverables and coordinate campaign reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage project tracking systems, metrics, budgets, contractor scopes of work, and deliverables
  • Develop and refine operational processes and implement improvements to campaign performance and efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional coordination, proactively address risks, and ensure on-schedule delivery
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, allocation, tracking, approvals, expenditures, and budget projections
  • Monitor burn rates, identify budget risks or variances, and review vendor estimates
  • Manage external vendor and agency relationships, scopes of work, timelines, deliverables, and communication workflows
  • Oversee marketing workflows, campaign assets, and content management processes in applications such as Wrike, SharePoint, and Smartsheet
  • Support team members and agency partners in effective content-management practices
  • Manage collection, analysis, and communication of campaign data
  • Develop data-collection approaches, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and board, committee, and internal program reports
  • Track and evaluate campaign metrics and provide operational insights and recommendations
  • Analyze campaign outcomes and operational data to support implementation decisions and project effectiveness
  • Create, document, and recommend continuous-improvement initiatives
  • Resolve active project issues and propose solutions to leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Ability to fully own tasks and processes with minimal oversight
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and escalated key issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leaders/officials and in public settings
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience using data visualization tools and software such as Tableau or Power BI preferred

  • Integrated marketing project management experience required
  • Must be able to work at a desk and on a computer for prolonged periods
  • Must work during CPA office hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm PST
  • Remote and hybrid options require full-time in-person attendance at organization or team-wide events 3 times per year for 3-5 days per event
