Job summary

AdMed is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ongoing client projects within our pharmaceutical advertising sphere. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, prepare status reports and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of project management experience in an advertising or pharmaceutical agency, strong communication skills, and PMP or MBA- credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross discipline team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure Account Coordinators adhere to project management standards on their assigned projects.
  • Work with Account Coordinators to submit deliverables and ensure quality standards.
  • Prepare status reports (internal and external) by gathering and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
  • Facilitate change requests to inform impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials and other documents for implementation and turnover.
  • Conduct post project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
  • Provide ERP project oversight on assigned accounts.
  • Manage timelines and internal workflow.
  • Run status meetings/prep/follow-up.
  • Document management (creating/maintaining job folders/files).
  • Coordinate submissions and maintain knowledge base.
  • Assist in preparing and executing AdMed marketing projects.
  • Coordinate development of marketing materials including social media.

Job description

AdMed is looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

  • Submissions
  • Maintain Project Management Knowledge Base
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of AdMed marketing projects
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials including social media
