Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects in Fairfax, VA, on-site. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and strong budgeting, risk management, and contract oversight skills.

You will develop strategies, manage site work, coordinate bids, track RFIs, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in risk management, problem-solving, time management, decision making, strategic planning, quality control, budgeting, contract management, site work, bidding, and construction services.
• Proficient in performing budget analysis and tracking RFI.
