Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager with ground up construction experience to lead full lifecycle of projects in Montana. The role demands coordination with the Project Superintendent, subs and suppliers to ensure quality and timely execution of residential, commercial, and civil work, including multi-million dollar projects.

The ideal candidate will manage planning, subcontractor agreements, budgets, shop drawings, schedules and meetings, while maintaining strong client and team

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from ground up.
• Experience on $2M+ projects.
• Residential or commercial construction experience.
• Procore and Microsoft Projects proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and scheduling.
• Manage subcontractor selection and agreements.
• Create and control project budgets.
• Oversee documentation: shop drawings, change orders and submittals.
• Lead daily and weekly project meetings; ensure clear communication.
• Ensure quality assurance and timely delivery of the project.

Job Details

Position Overview: The Project Manager will lead the entire life cycle of assigned projects, providing leadership to the Project Superintendent, subs, and suppliers and ensuring a quality and timely construction process.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Job planning
• Subcontractor selection & agreements
• Budget creation and control
• Handled all project documentation: Buy Outs, Purchase Orders, Insurance Certifications, bonds, etc
• Create project schedule & ensure milestones are met
• Review & process shop drawings, change orders, submittals
• Work with project owners, architects, subcontractors, etc
• Ensure quality assurance and control
• Lead daily and weekly project meetings to ensure uniform communication across team
