Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Healthcare and Commercial projects in Richmond, VA. This on-site, permanent role offers exposure to fast-track, high-quality construction work and direct collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have experience supporting commercial construction, with strong scheduling, budgeting, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting and coordination.
• Review drawings, specifications and construction documents.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Knowledge of project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, architects and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of construction safety standards and jobsite procedures.
• Detail-oriented approach to project execution and documentation.
• Team-oriented with a client-focused mindset.
