Job summary

Jobot in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-scale construction projects from cradle to grave. You will manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to deliver on time and within budget.

Use Procore daily to track progress, documents, and stakeholder communications. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, lead meetings, review bids and change orders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience managing commercial ground-up projects.
• Proficient with Procore project management software.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced, driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial ground-up projects, utilizing project management tools such as Procore, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role is instrumental in leading and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details

• Manage all phases of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Lead project meetings, providing regular updates on project status, potential issues, and key milestones.
• Review and approve contractor bids, change orders, and invoices, ensuring that all costs are accurately captured and tracked.
• Manage project risks, identifying potential issues and proactively developing solutions to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as with company policies and procedures.
