Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Project Manager to lead high-scale commercial ground-up projects from planning to completion in Milwaukee. You will oversee all phases, coordinate with teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget with high standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction PM, strong leadership and Procore proficiency, and a Bachelor’s in a related field; PMP is a plus. Telecommuting options and robust benefits are offered by Jobot.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Proficient with Procore or similar PM software.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and PM skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced, driven and detail-oriented Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial ground-up projects, utilizing project management tools such as Procore, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role is instrumental in leading and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, or New Construction Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
• Proven experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects.
• Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
