Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for a Greater Milwaukee, WI construction firm. You will lead projects from tender through substantial completion, managing budgets, schedules, and change orders.

You will coordinate subcontractors and consultants, conduct site meetings, maintain documentation, ensure safety, and nurture client relationships. A PMP or Gold Seal is a plus, with a degree in construction management or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and contracts.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or Gold Seal certification is an asset.
• Degree or diploma in construction management or related field.
