Job summary

Jobot, a leading Wisconsin commercial construction firm, is seeking a Project Executive to lead a portfolio of complex projects in Milwaukee. You will drive performance from preconstruction through closeout, managing client relationships and project teams with an ownership mindset.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction management, 3–5 years in senior PM roles, and strong financial acumen for P&L forecasting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a senior PM or executive-level role.
• Proven track record managing complex commercial projects across multiple market sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project P&Ls and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and build client confidence.
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, CMiC, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary client relationship owner — building trust, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities for continued partnership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project management teams; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with preconstruction on pursuits, proposals, and estimating to support business development efforts.
• Monitor project financials, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective action as needed.

• Represent the firm in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings with professionalism and strategic clarity.

As a Project Executive, you will serve as the senior leader on a portfolio of complex commercial construction projects, driving performance from preconstruction through closeout while cultivating lasting client relationships across multiple markets.
