Senior Project Manager – Construction General Contractor

Location: Greater Milwaukee, WI

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-value projects from tender through substantial completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and change order management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Chair site meetings, oversee project documentation, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Champion safety culture and enforce regulatory compliance at all times.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and proactive communication.
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve project risks with strategic problem‑solving.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience, with a track record of senior‑level leadership.
