Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-scale ground-up construction projects in the Milwaukee area. You will manage budgeting, scheduling and team coordination using Procore to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in a similar PM role, a proven track record with commercial ground-up projects, and strong collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Experience leading commercial ground-up construction projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools, especially Procore.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and implementation.
• Utilize Procore to track progress, manage documents and communicate with team members.
• Manage all phases to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates on status, risks and milestones.
• Review and approve contractor bids, change orders and invoices.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial ground-up projects, utilizing project management tools such as Procore, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role is instrumental in leading and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all aspects of construction project management, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
