Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Project Specialist in Fort Worth, TX to work with customers on large projects, tight deadlines and complex orders. You will act as the liaison between vendor and customer to ensure timely delivery to the site.

You will perform order entry, prepare submittals, handle returns, provide reporting, coordinate deliveries and process invoices. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization and strong customer service with SAP and MS Office experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers
• Handle returns and credits
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment
